I was walking over to the dumpsters last week, and who should I see? A man with a white beard and a red RV!
He said his name was Santa.
Santa's Post-Christmas hide-out.
Katie likes her orange squeaky toy guy right in the middle of her chew toy. She gets them together, then starts chewing on the chew stick. Maybe she thinks she's sharing it with the little orange guy?
Bless us, O Lord, and these our gifts...
Oh, Man, I love these seeds!
Quit taking my picture! Let me eat in peace!
Sweet Katie, resting outside on her rug.
From Me and My Dog, have a great Wednesday, everyone! :)
Hopefully you continue to improve. Something you ate? Gastritis? Diverticulitis?
ReplyDelete(too many "itises")
Didn't take "Santa" long to get busy with his desert vacation. That guy always did impress me. Wowsers!
Take care.
Glad you are feeling a bit better...hopefully nothing serious. I would love to see the inside of Santa's rig..maybe one day if you are "nice"?..lol...take lots of pics. Those little ground squirrels can eat you out of house and home if you are not careful...but they are so cute.
ReplyDeleteI hope it goes away. I use the same system.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling better...hope you get rid of the stomach pains all together. Love the squirrel shots and of course Katie and her orange squeaky..
ReplyDeleteTake care and safe travels.
Have you considered just going to a walk in clinic? They could do blood work and maybe tell if something was going on that needs attention. Seems like a a long time to have continued pain.
ReplyDeleteI know you are getting a ton of unsolicited advice! We all think we are drs. in our other lives. :))
Glad your feeling better. Those squirrel pics are so adorable...almost as cute as sweet Katie. So thats where Santa goes for the other 11 months. LOL
ReplyDeleteGood news. Sure hope you continue to improve. Love that Katie girl. She is such a cutie pie.
ReplyDeleteHope u stay better!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better. I think it's going around here, too. I was sick for several days with stomach pain and all that goes with it. Feeling better. Back is bad, again. Doctor says he wants to try one more shot. If it doesn't last more than the last one, I need to go in and discuss options with him. In the meantime--got a Mobile RV guy to come and find the leak in the trailer. Fortunately, I keep everything in bins in the cabinets so the stuff in them didn't get wet, but I can't lift them to put them back so I closed the door and won't think about the mess until I'm able to do something about it.
ReplyDeleteKeep us posted about your health. Pats to Katie.
I hope that you are feeling even "more better" soon.
ReplyDeleteSoooo, that's were Santa does his "R&R".
It's no fun to be sick. Glad you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteHi there! Good to hear from you and glad you're feeling better. Love the pics! And yes, I know you're getting tons of unsolicited advice as has been pointed out, but I've got to throw my 2 cents in. I had a very similar story going years ago, waxing/waning pain, not that bad, probably something I ate since it wasn't a virus. A friend suggested I eat oatmeal, bland diet for awhile. It helped! A lot! Pain was mild enough to actually run around a bit. I was at the library, top of the stairs when blind, shooting pain hit without warning. I passed out, took a little old man with me down the stairs ('unbeknownst' to me at the time) and 2 hours later had a ruptured appendix removed along with some lower intestine that was "blocking" their way. Be careful - especially if you decide to drive. OK? Hope you're all better and nothing comes of it. Love and virtual hugZ to you and miss adorable Katie. Happy New Year too!
ReplyDeleteglad your feeling better but not sure your totally out of the woods yet my dear...that katie is such a darling I could kiss her face off!!! Take care as you know we'll all be checking in on you!! :)
ReplyDeleteDSD is right be careful. Don't let that go to long. Now I will keep quiet about it.
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of Katie and her orange toy. Pups are such funny little things. A little while ago Fred ran in put his head on my knee to say good night and ran to his man cave. Does it every night.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE your photos - the squirrel ones cracked me up! :)
I got a gift card for a new camera for Christmas, and I have looked on your blog to see what camera you use (the Nikon Coolpix, right?) - You always post wonderful photos, so hope to get a camera like yours.

Glad you are feeling better but don't take any chances.
ReplyDeleteYour photos tonight made me laugh...they are all funny. What a great cation (and cature) on the squirrel. And Miss Katie is looking lovely as always. Our grandson got a new little puppy and brought it over to visit me today - he's so cute.
GEEZ...wish you could correct comments on blogger...I meant to say "caption" and "capture". Maybe my "P" key is not working right.
ReplyDeleteSo, now we know where Santa hangs out when he's not busy at the North Pole!! Thanks! Great photos of Katie...she's still the cutest little dog!! Love her...give her a big smooch from me, o.k.?
ReplyDeleteIf Sam hadnt shaved his beard, would almost think it was him.
ReplyDeleteLove the praying squirrel
wont comment on health, everyone has that covered
PS....I really would like a look at the inside of Santa's RV. So maybe you could ask him? (and tell him I was a good boy!)
ReplyDeleteHope you continue to feel better. Enjoyed the Santa photo. Little Katie can just steel your heart away she is so cute with her toy and stick.
ReplyDeleteToday's the 8th - could you maybe update if you're feeling good? Or, does your silence mean you went to the hospital?
